• Opened Products: Eligible under our 30-Day Guarantee provided at least 60% of the formulation remains in the original bottle.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your parcel arrived damaged in transit or contained an incorrect item, notify our concierge within 48 hours for immediate replacement with zero shipping cost.
