1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Veloura ("velouranp.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of Nepal.

2. Product Authenticity & Safe Use

All Veloura products are 100% genuine skincare formulations. While our ingredients are gentle and dermatologically tested, we advise clients with known sensitivities to review full ingredient lists and perform a 24-hour patch test before full application.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payment

• All prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Order confirmation occurs upon verified receipt of digital payment or valid Cash on Delivery confirmation.
• Promotional coupon codes must be redeemed prior to order checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product photography, formulation descriptions, branding aesthetics, and site content are the exclusive intellectual property of Veloura. Unauthorized duplication or commercial reproduction is prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
